  1. Puré de tomate: 4 tomates y cebolla licuar.
  2. En aceite: sofreír puré (se reserva la cocción)
  3. En otra sartén: dorar tocino, incorporar carne, enseguida la zanahoria, y un poco de salsa de tomate.
  4. Agregamos: vino tinto y sazonamos con: sal, pimienta, tomillo, albahaca. El champiñón al último porque es más sensible (se reserva la cocción)
  5. Cocer la pasta: en agua hirviendo se le pone 2 gotas de aceite y sal y después echar la pasta en láminas. Depende la pasta (grueso o delgado) es el time de cocer.
  6. En un refractario poner mantequilla (antes de agregar algo).
  7. Sobre el refractario: Poner primera base: lámina de pasta, carne y queso (Los tres quesos: mozzarella, Cotagge y manchego). Se repite proceso al final queso y si gusta le pones tu sazón (ya sea pimienta, albahaca etc)
  8. Se acompaña con ensalada (lechuga y tomate). Solamente verdura y no atún.
