- En la bandeja del horno extender una masa de hojaldre y ponerle toda la carne anteriormente hecha por encima bien repartida, seguidamente coger la otra base y ponerla encima cerrando los bordes
- Batir un huevo y pintar la empanada hasta que quede todo bien impregnando, hacer un agujero en medio de la empanada con un cuchillo y al horno previamente precalentado a 180°c durante 20-30 min, listo para chuparse los dedos!!!
