  5. Después, en una sartén se pone la mantequilla que se derrita. Se añade la harina con un poco de sal para ir tostando un poco la harina. Cuando coja un poquito de color se le añade una pizca de pimienta y una pizca de nuez moscada y se le va añadiendo la leche. Yo la caliento antes, y se va removiendo hasta conseguir la consistencia deseada......
  6. Después se le echa por encima a los canelos previamente puestos en la bandeja de horno y se le pone un poco de tomate frito, muy poquito, y el queso mozzarella
  7. Se pone en wl horno durante 30 o 40 minutos para que que haga bien la pasta y se dore el queso y listo
