- 2-3 berenjenas
- 1/2 kg carne picada
- 1/2 cebolla
- 1 lata tomate triturado/ tomate frito
- 200 ml nata para cocinar
- Queso rallado

- Lo primero cortamos las berenjenas por la mitad.
- Precalentamos el horno a 180c°
- Las ponemos en la bandeja de horno y les hacemos unos cortes para que el calor penetre por dentro.
- Le ponemos sal y un chorro de aceite de oliva, y en la bandeja ponemos como un dedo de agua, para que suden las berenjenas y se queden blandas.
- Las dejamos 1h y pinchamos para comprobar si están blandas. Si no es así las dejamos unos minutos más.
- Por otro lado en una sartén honda ponemos la cebolla picada a freír y cuando esta un poco echa le añadimos la carne picada.
- Cuando la carne está casi echa se le añade el tomate triturado o el tomate frito con un poco de agua para que se quede jugoso.
- Después de unos minutos añadimos la nata que hará que la salsa sea un poco más suave. Y se deja un poco más que todo se mezcle bien y quede con salsita.
- Por último cuando las berenjenas ya están blandas se sacan del horno y se vacían con una cuchara intentando no romper la piel.
- El interior de la berenjena que hemos vaciado lo añadimos a la sartén con la carne picada. Y removemos todo bien que quede mezclado.
- Por último rellenamos las berenjenas con la mezcla de la sartén. Y le ponemos el queso rallado por encima.
- Las gratinamos unos 10min al horno y listo.
- Como consejo las dejaría enfriar unos minutos antes de servir. Y de especias podéis añadir a gusto, a mi para la carne me gusta sal, pimienta, y orégano.
