  2. Se frie un poquito para que tome el gusto de los ajos y la cebolla, se saca y se enrrollan unas cuantas hebras de carne en una tortilla esta se atravieza con un palillo de dientes para que no se suelte.
  3. Se frien en bastante aceite hasta que se ponga tostadita, asi hasta terminar con toda la carne.
  4. En un platillo se coloca un taquito y se le pone encima un poco de repollo rallado y sobre este le roceamos salsa de tomate, mayonesa y la salsa lizano. En mi pueblo esa receta se come con las manos.
