  3. En una olla con agua pones los pimientos a hervir tapados por 5 minutos
  4. Botas el agua y los colocas en un envase para hornos. Mientras ve haciendo el relleno. Cocinas la carne como regularmente la haces. La cocinas hasta que esté marrón, con un poco de aceite, sal, (en mi caso yo le añadí sofrito, sazón goya, un cubito de sabor carne 🥩 y culantro) unos 10 minutos y le añades 1 taza de tomates triturados
  5. Y cuando esté lista la carne le añades el arroz, y el ajo triturado y mezclas bien. Ahora rellenas los pimientos y le pones la salsa de pastas por encima. los tapas con papel aluminio y los llevas al horno por 10 minutos.
  6. Quítales el papel aluminio y déjalos cocinar por más o menos 13 minutos, échales el queso por encima, yo usé gruyère, colócalos otra vez en el horno hasta que se derrita el queso 1 o 2 minutos. puedes servirlos con 🌿 orégano o albahaca por encima y queso pecorino
  7. Listo! 🙅🏻‍♀️
