- Lavar bien bien la panza de res y las patas de puerco o res, cortar en pedazos chicos la panza...cocerla en bastante agua con ajo y cebolla por 2 horas más o menos.
- Cuando ya este cocida unas 2 hrs...tirarle el agua y pasar hacer el chile.
- Para hacer el chile.hay que lavar y cocer el chile por unos 5 min....ponerlo en la licuadora con agua, 3 dientes de ajo, 2 hojas de laurel, sal, orégano solo un poco y un poco de comino molido...licuar bien bien y colarlo.
- Ya cuando hagan las licuadoras necesarias de chile, agregarlas a la olla de la panza y patas ya cocidas...agregar el pozole deseado, yo use 2 botes, pero si te gusta menos el pozole usa solo 1 bote, del tamaño deseado sin el agua ya lavado, y dejar hervir por 20 minutos hasta que agarre los sabores.
- Acompañar con pan o bolillo tostado con mantequilla, unas 3 gotitas de limón, poquita cebolla picadita, un poquito de orégano y mmmmmm como todo buen mexicano...saborear un buen menudo, para los crudos, madrugadores, o antojados...
