  15. Haz una mezcla con la mantequilla y ajo restante y frota el pavo,

  18. Hornea 3/4 de hora por cada kilo de peso de tu pavo,
  19. Para hacer una salsa de ciruela para acompañar : parte y quita semillas a unas 10 ciruelas pasa y ponlas en licuadora con chiles pasilla remojados y sin venas, 3 dientes de ajo, sal y pimienta, licúa!
  20. En una ollita con poco aceite fríe la salsa colada y deja enfriar, se pone en salsera al lado del pavo
  21. Te va sobrar relleno después de meter un poco al pavo, también ponlo en un molde al lado del pavo para que se sirvan, te aseguro que todos querran más!.... Felices fiestas!
