- Los fideos se cocerán por 3 minutos en 2 litros de agua hirviendo, se retiran y se se pasan por agua fresca por unos segundo, se escurren y reservamos.
- La carne y el pollo picados los mezclamos con la salsa de frijol negro y dejamos reposar 20 minutos. El huevo lo batimos y freímos en una cucharada de aceite, como una torta frita dorada y agitada, reservamos.
- En el wok muy caliente calentamos 3 cucharadas de aceite de girasol, salteamos los ajos y el jengibre, agregamos azúcar, pimienta blanca, salsa de soja, repollo y zanahoria, salteamos un par de minutos y agregamos una taza de caldo de pollo, tapamos y dejamos que le vapor cocine los vegetales 2 minutos. Luego agregamos cebolla, morrón, carne y pollo marinado más el aceite del lomo de atún, salteamos 2 minutos. Agregamos los fideos de arroz cocidos y salteamos todo por 2 minutos más. Listo!
- Opcional puedes agregarle cebollinas picadas, yo las omití pues quería un sabor más enfocado en las carnes y el caldo.
