  5. Una vez calentado el horno, sobre una charola engrasada con un poco de aceite metemos nuestra calabaza por 45 a 60 minutos al horno a 180°. Podrás saber que ya está lista, raspando un poco con un tenedor, cuando la calabaza se desprenda fácilmente en forma de fideo está lista ;)
  6. Para el relleno, Cocinemos la cebolla finamente picada con un poco de aceite de oliva en aerosol.
  7. Cuando la cebolla cambie a transparente agregamos la carne y sazónamos con sal, pimienta y paprika.
  8. Ya cocinada la carne agregamos la salsa para Spaghetti y los tomates deshidratados (yo los conseguí en costco). Dejamos hervir y apagamos.
  9. Una vez lista la calabaza, rellenamos con la carne y agregamos queso parmesano rallado, o fresco.
