  5. Dejamos que se zasone, durante 10 minutos a fuego lento, cuando ya este sazón, le vertemos el medio litro de puré condimentado (podemos evitar este paso mezclando medio litro de puré condimentado y medio litro sin condimentar), dejamos 3 minutos más para que se mezclen bien los purés
  6. Mientras ponemos a calentar agua suficiente, cuando esté a punto de hervir, partimos en 2 el spaghetti y se lo agregamos al agua con un poco de sal y un chorrito de aceite vegetal 9
  7. Cuando la carne ya esté bien cocida, el puré bien sazonado y el spaghetti cocido, subimos el fuego a la carne y le echamos el puré... Dejamos que empiece a hervir y añadimos el spaghetti
  8. Revolmemos con cuidado para mezclar bien la carne, el puré y el spaghetti, bajamos el fuego durante 3 minutos, probamos de sal, y le ponemos la mantequilla sobrante arriba, tapamos para que la mantequilla se derrita...... y listo !!!!
