Al irse cocinando hay que ir desmenuzando muy bien la carne para que quede muy finito, cuando esté listo e integrado y esté bien cocido, se agrega la salsa previamente licuada. Se salpiemieta al gusto y se agrega la pastilla de caldo de res concentrado al picadillo así como una hoja de laurel
