- En un sartén hondo ya en la estufa a fuego lento colocamos el espagueti ya escurrido, agregamos caldo de pollo y movemos para integrar si gustan pueden agregar un poco de mantequilla, yo trato de lo menos utilizar grasa, luego vaciamos las albóndigas sin la grasa que soltó la carne y movemos para que se distribuyan, agregamos la crema e integramos a que quede todo impregnado,
- Apagamos distribuir el queso por encima y tapamos para que se funda, en el caso mío puse queso panela este no se funde demasiado. servimos y a disfrutarlas
- Yo utilizo el polvo para hornear en la carne para preparar las hamburguesas para que no se reduzca tanto la carne y en las albóndigas para que no queden duras
